We are working to develop a unique member-value culture which includes aligning Position Descriptions and Key Performance Indicators around positive experiences for our members and aligning our staff’s actions to this culture. Our first priorities for 2018 are: Completing Membership Survey. We have competed this and we were very happy with the responses and now
